Procedure of Card Application
|

Here, the details of Card Application process from the beginning until receiving your card.
Some procedure is different from your own country's way. Please read carefully.
Especially, we have difficulty with your signature. Give us your cooperation.
Please note that SwissMICSI Card can be issued for only our Verified User.
If you are not Verified User yet, you can't do card application because our system never show you this menu. In this case, please start simple procedure to be Verified User.

Verified User Only
Make your Application
|
At first, please open your account with SwissMICSI. It's free. Without account, it's impossible to get SwissMICSI Card.
After opening the account, please become Verified User with easy steps, and this procedure is free, too.
When you are verified, necessary menu will appeared on your browser or mobile phone. Select Products and Service and choose "Prepaid Master Card" from the menu. That's all.

One Card for One Person
|
SwissMICSI Card can be issued One card to One person. Same person can't get many cards in the same time.
|
Required Documents
|
Required documents for issuing the card is as follows:
|
1) Your Passport Copy
2) Your Proof of Address (within 3 months)
3) Card Application
|
Passport and Proof of Address copies are kept already when you become Verified User, normally. So, just prepare Card Application which need your details and signature.
Card Application will be sent you when SwissMICSI receive your inquiry for Prepaid Card.
Please note that Proof of Address must be within 3 months. If you apply SwissMICSI Prepaid Card more than 3 months after when you become Verified User, new Proof of Address is required.

Signature
|
Your signature on Card Application Form must be the same on your passport.
If it's different, no one can do anything for you.
When your signature is written in English, please make sure same English signature on application. If with your own language, signature must be by your own language. Do not make different signature from your passport even though application form is written by English.
Also, your initial will be required under side of all pages of application.
Initial means short signature of your own which might be different from Passport signature.
If you can't understand the meaning of Initial, please make same signature of your passport on all pages.

Send Scanned Copy by Online, with Postal Mail
|
After completion of your application, please send us scanned copy of all pages to SwissMICSI by online. The procedure will be initiate immediately.
Please note that scanned copy is the copy by scanner, not the image of photopgraph by camera on mobile phone. According to Switzerland regulation, we can't accept photo images.
Also, please send scanned copy after log in your account by using our Ticket System for your security reason.
After send scanned copy, please send original application to us by postal mail or courier, as well as trucking number. Without original, we can't provide you real card.

Delivering your Card and PIN code
|
When your card is prepared, you will receive real card by postal mail or courier, as well as PIN code for this card.
All information about delivering, trucking number and PIN code will be provided inside of Secure System of SwissMICSI after you log in your account. For your security reason, we are avoiding to send information by normal e-mail.
