Secure Direct Online is provided for SwissMICSI Users. So, if you don't have the account with us, this system can't be used.
Please open the account at first. It's free, no monthly fee, no minimum deposit.

Log in Secure Direct Online

Please go to Log In page. Then you will see the page as following:
If the page is shown with other language, please click country flag on up-left side of the page.

Input User Name and Password
|
User Name and Password are the ones you registered when you open SwissMICSI Account. Please do not forget these.
Enter your User Name and Password with normal English characters. Do not use 2 bites code character such as Japanese, Chinese... Our system support 1 bite code characters, means normal English input.
After entering your User Name and Password, please click Log In button.
Almost all cases of log in error is caused by entering 2 bites character code. Make sure to use 1 bite characters.
Next, if your browser show the page from cash memory, it's not connected to our system. Please refresh your Log In page.
When you mis-input your User Name and Password, you can't log in, of course.

When you forget your Password

If you forget your password, please click Click Here to retrieve your password, and the following page will be shown:
Your E-Mail Address must be the address you registered on SwissMICSI System when you open the account. Other E-Mail Address can't be accepted.
If your E-Mail Address is correct, you will get the e-mail from SwissMICSI System with no delay which contain Secure Code.
Please follow the instruction on this E-Mail, re-confirm by using Secure Code, and change your Password to new one. Then you can log in.
