Due Diligence Procedure

When you apply SwissMICSI Payment Gateway, and fill up the form for necessary information, your application will be passed to Due Diligence procedure.
After passing this procedure and accepted, Payment Gateway can be used.
This procedure will be done according to the regulation of Switzerland and SwissMICSI, about your goods/service, the direction of your site, legal information etc.
We can't accept the site under construction, or part of the site is on construction, or uncompleted site.

Due Diligence Procedure
|
Due Diligence Procedure will be done by the regulation of Switzerland and SwissMICSI as well as international standard. Please note that this standard is different from your own country sometime.

License Business
|
If you are running on Licensed Business such as bank, insurance, asset management or any type of investment service, you have to keep eligible license issued from authority or government.
No license, no accepted.

Non Accepted Activities
|
The following activities can't accepted:

All and any illegal or criminal activity.
Gambling, lotteries, sports bets or any form or any offer based on luck.
Adult Business or Adult related/promoting business.
Pharmacy or Paramedical or health related products.
Weapons and firearms products.
Tobacco and cigarette and or any smokable products.
Health hazardous products (products containing lead or other toxic elements)
Products/services promoting hate and or violence in any form.
Credit and or debt collectors, refinancing agencies and any finance product/service.
Esotericism and Occult related services.
Religious and or Politically exposed persons/organizations.
Under construction or uncompleted site.

Your site has to prepare legal information properly. Without these, we can't accept.
Prepare the information of your company or individual information, contact address, privacy policy, refund policy, terms and conditions and other necessary pages required from your country as well as world standard.

The Time of Due Diligence
|
Normally, the result of Due Diligence will be within one week (working day), although depend on the site you are running on.

Information of Result
|
When we accept your site(s), you can see the result on Merchant Profile corner.
After seeing this result, please set up Payment Gateway on your page.

Further Due Diligence
|
SwissMICSI will check your web site constantly even after your site is accepted, for preventing any illegal activities, as well as to maintain the quality of our service.
If you change your web site completely after accepted and dealing with Non Accepted Activities, your status for Payment Gateway will be terminated without notice, and immediate effect.
In this case, you will get the warning from our legal department with huge compensation, as well as to inform the authorities for criminal activities.
SwissMICSI service is provided for legal, clear activity. We can't tolerate any illegal, unclear activity.
If you have some doubt to change your site, or add new type of service, please contact us beforehand.
