2) Minutes for opening account with SwissMICSI
3) Business Plan
4) Certified Passport/ID Card copy and Proof of Address (within 3 months) for all directors
5) Declaration of the Ultimate Beneficiary

The fee is EUR 40.00 for verification for Business Account

Proof of Address means the bill of electricity, telephone bill, water bill, bank report, credit card report etc, clearly shown your name and address.
Please note that we can't accept your driving license as Proof of Address by the regulation of Switzerland.
