When you don't have the passport, you can use national ID card instead.
If you have the difficulty of getting passport or ID card, still there is the solution in this page.
Switzerland regulation is somewhat comprehensive in many cases.

When you don't have the passport yet
|
If you don't have the passport yet, you can use national ID card.
Please make color scanned copy of your ID card and send us.
If your ID card doesn't have your photograph, it's not acceptable with Switzerland regulation.
Please note that your driving license is not acceptable as your ID or Proof of address according to Switzerland regulation.
Even if you have no passport/ID card, still you can open SwissMICSI Account. In this case some limitation is there, but opening account is no problem.

When have difficulty to getting Passport/ID card
|
In this world, under some situation, there is the possibility to have the difficulty of getting passport/ID card, or any other personal identification document issued by the authority, such as when you are refugee, or your country doesn't have the system of identification...

Copy of E-Banikng Screen
|
The copy of E-Banking Screen on your browser is not acceptable as your Proof of Address.
Please use real bills which was sent you by postal mail.

Translation
|
Passport/ID card is no need to translate to English or French. Your original one is most welcome.
Also, Proof of Address is no need to translate as long as your name and address is shown on the document clearly.
Some language we can't understand, so we are glad if you can send us a bit of translation of your address.

About Driving License
|
Your driving license is not acceptable as ID card or Proof of address in Switzerland.
|
Certification
|
Your documents need to get Certification by Notary Public or authorized lawyer/accountant. Certification means the proof that the copy of your documents is true/lawful from original.
If you have the difficulty to get Certification, please contact our agent in your country. Many of them has the license/status of certification.
