When you send us Required Documents for Verification, the procedure will begin immediately.
The result you will see within 72 hours (working day) in the case of personal account.
For business account, more time will be required for checking your corporate documents, and within 1 week (working days) you will see the result.
When you are Verified User of SwissMICSI, many advantages you can get.

The Procedure and Result

When you send us your document required for Verification, immediately the procedure is initiated.
This procedure will be done following Switzerland regulations, not of the standard of your country. Even if your documents are available in your own region, but somewhat different in Switzerland, such as the driving license is not effective in Swiss.
Also, please do not send us some photograph captured by mobile phone camera. This is not available in Switzerland.
In the case of personal account, you will get the result within 72 hours (working hour) on the page after logging in.
As for business account, more time will be required for checking all your company documents. Please wait until 1 week (working days).
When you are verified, you can see the status of Verified on Secure Page.
Please click Profile on left side menu.
After verification, you will get many advantages with SwissMICSI. Issuing Prepaid Card with name or No name, Payment Gateway etc...
If you are refused to be Verified User, the reason is not informed you in any case.

When you send Wrong Documents

When you send wrong documents, such as not scanned copy but photograph by mobile phone camera, or the data is expired on your passport/ID card, or different/wrong address..., we'll contact you to re-send correct documents. Please give us your cooperation.

Verified User Mark
|
When you are Verified User, you can use the Mark of Verified User. It's free.
You will get this Mark on Secure Page after logging in, as follows:
This mark can be used on your web site, in your real shop... Please use this mark properly.
When visitors click this mark, your identification on SwissMICSI will be shown on the browser that you are true and lawful Verified User of SwissMICSI.
